Bureau Veritas Bangladesh receives a license for pest control operations on commercial basis from the Ministry of Agriculture

 

​​​​​​The Ministry of Agriculture Bangladesh, is an apex body for formulation and administration of the rules, regulations and laws related to Agriculture in Bangladesh. It comprises of seven wings with responsibilities of policy formulation, planning, monitoring and administration. Sixteen agencies operate under this ministry which are responsible for implementation of different projects and plans of MOA.

The ministry of Agriculture has granted Bureau Veritas Bangladesh the licence to undertake pest control operations on Agricultural crops, water-hyacinth, obnoxious weeds and infested places such as hotels, warehouses, storage/godowns and buildings on commercial basis. The licence shall be in force for a period of 2 years.
